The Zetter Townhouse is the sister (or perhaps more like the eccentric Aunt) of the The Zetter Hotel which opened in 2004 to wide acclaim. The Zetter Hotel and Townhouse is independently owned by Mark Sainsbury and Michael Benyan who first joined forces to open the multi award winning Moro restaurant (also in Clerkenwell), alongside Sam and Sam Clark.
In early 2010 Mark and Michael went in to partnership with celebrated French chef Bruno Loubet, to open a modern French bistrot on the ground floor of The Zetter Hotel. Bistrot Bruno Loubet has enjoyed rave reviews and is quickly becoming one of London’s most popular restaurants (named 3rd Best Restaurant in the UK at National Restaurant Awards 2010.
The Zetter Group have now opened The Zetter Townhouse (located just across the cobbles of St John’s Square from the original Zetter Hotel). A hotly anticipated new 13 bedroom Georgian townhouse and cocktail lounge, by the same team. The ground floor cocktail lounge is an exciting collaboration between The Zetter and the creators of the award winning 69 Colebrooke Row.
